AIRFIN HUB Type Diffuser

AIRFIN HUB Tubular Diffusers are designed for efficient and uniform aeration in biological treatment systems of STPs, ETPs, and industrial wastewater plants. They are used in aeration tanks, equalization tanks, and MBBR or ASP reactors where consistent oxygen transfer and proper mixing are required. The tubular design ensures even air distribution along the tank length, improving dissolved oxygen levels and supporting stable microbial activity. This results in better BOD and COD removal while optimizing blower energy consumption, making the system efficient for continuous-duty wastewater treatment operations.

Membrane MOC & Application:
• EPDM: Suitable for municipal sewage and domestic wastewater with stable operating conditions
• Silicone: Ideal for industrial effluents with higher temperatures, oil content, or chemical exposure
• HTPU: Recommended for applications with higher abrasion, fouling tendency, and variable load conditions requiring enhanced mechanical strength and durability
