AIRFIN C-Saddle Tubular Diffusers are designed for applications where strong mixing, turbulence, and reliable air distribution are required rather than fine oxygen transfer. They are typically used in equalization tanks, collection tanks, grit chambers, and pre-aeration zones of STPs and ETPs to prevent solids settlement and maintain homogeneous conditions. The coarse bubble pattern creates high upward velocity, which helps in breaking stratification and handling high solid loads. Their tubular saddle design ensures uniform airflow along the diffuser length and stable performance even under fluctuating flow and load conditions.
